History
International Islamic University Malaysia has a strong tradition of volunteerism in community service. The Community Service Unit which was also known as CENSERVE Unit was established in 1995 to actualize the concept of Garden of knowledge and virtue of IIUM.
WHAT DOES THE UNIT DO?
The Community Service Unit creates opportunities for students who desire to participate in community service and humanitarian work. The Unit provides them with basic facilities and conducts training to improve their skills.
What is CENSERVE Team?
CENSERVE Team is a combination of all community service clubs and groups under the supervision of the Community Service Unit. Each club or project group plans their annual activities and run them with proper guidance from the Unit.
